AI Forge ThinkTank · Executive Playbooks
Executive Playbooks are short, evidence-tagged cases on applied AI. Read them on screen as a deck, pick a 2-minute or full path, then download the PDF and the workbook.
What they are
One industry challenge, answered end to end.
Each playbook takes one problem that costs an industry real money and shows where AI helps, where it does not, and what a careful first step looks like. Each follows the same fourteen chapters, so you always know where to look.
Challenge
The problem, its scope and why it matters now.
Business impact
Ranges with the arithmetic shown, never a single promised number.
Analogues
What other industries learned, and what does and does not transfer.
Framework
A solution view with design principles and success metrics.
Roadmap
Quick wins, pilot and scale, with decision gates.
Workbook
Four printable tools to turn the case into your own plan.
The cases
Eight planned cases across five industries.
One is live. The others are in preparation and are listed here so you can see where the series is going. We publish no dates until a case has passed its checks.

How we keep them honest
Public sources, stated assumptions, no brands.
Desk papers
Each playbook is prepared from public, official sources. There was no live session, so there are no participants, quotes or session findings.
Evidence you can open
Every key figure is tagged Research (numbered public sources) or Assumption (the logic is stated). Tap a figure to see which.
Vendor-neutral
We describe capabilities, not brands. No product or supplier is recommended, and organisations are named only where a cited public source documents what they did.
Anonymous by design
Playbooks name no client, person or participant. Nothing in them is drawn from private engagements.

The call is open. Practitioners, researchers and students can apply. Tell us who you are and where you would add the most, and we will reply by email.
Propose a question
Tell us a decision your organisation or sector is struggling to make about AI. Good questions shape what we research next.
Review a draft
Check a framework or a regulatory reading against how it works in practice, and tell us where it breaks.
